- 1.25 lb chicken breast strips
- 1 package Miracle Noodles
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp low sodium (soy sauce)
- dash pepper; red pepper flakes; garlic salt
- half bag spinach
- PAM spray
What To Do:
Warm up skillet; Lightly coat with PAM; Brown chicken breast strips; Add minced garlic.
When chicken is fully cooked, add miracle noodles, pepper, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes to flavor.
Lastly, add the spinach…simmer for 5 minutes and serve! Make 4 meals!
